退款政策

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied with UllrAI Lab's service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase
- This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment (monthly or annual) and your first credit pack purchase
- The 30-day window starts from the date the payment was processed
Subscription Refunds
- Your first subscription payment is covered by the 30-day satisfaction guarantee
- Subsequent renewal payments are not eligible for refunds — cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to your remaining credits until then
- Unused credits from a cancelled subscription do not carry over and are not refundable
Credit Pack Refunds
- One-time credit pack purchases are covered by the 30-day satisfaction guarantee if it is your first purchase
- After the 30-day window, or for repeat credit pack purchases, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact our support team to discuss your situation
- Credits that have already been consumed by completed jobs cannot be refunded
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at [email protected] with your account email address, the transaction or order ID from your purchase confirmation, and the reason for your request
- We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days
Refund Processing
- All payments and refunds are processed by our authorized payment processor on behalf of UllrAI Lab
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days
- No additional fees are charged for refunds
- Once a refund is processed, access to the credits or subscription associated with that purchase will be revoked
Statutory Rights
- If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with consumer protection laws granting a cooling-off or withdrawal period, you have the right to cancel your purchase within the statutory period (typically 14 days) without giving a reason
- This statutory right applies to one-time purchases (provided the digital content has not been fully consumed) and the first payment of a subscription
- If you begin using UllrAI Lab's services during the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal for the portion of services already delivered
- Statutory consumer rights under your local law always take precedence over this policy
Disputes and Complaints
- If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, contact us at [email protected] and we will review your case within 5 business days
- If the issue remains unresolved, you may escalate through our payment processor's buyer support or file a dispute with your card issuer
Limitations
- Refund requests received more than 60 days after the original transaction date cannot be processed
- UllrAI Lab reserves the right to deny refund requests where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or manipulation
- Accounts with repeated refund requests may be subject to review
